Welcome to Karma Band’s Official Merchandise Store! We’re committed to making sure your merch gets to you safely and that you’re satisfied with every order. Below is our shipping and returns policy, designed specifically for our fans in Nepal.
Shipping Information
- Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in Nepal via trusted local courier partners. - Shipping Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location:
- Kathmandu Valley: 2–3 days
- Other Cities: 3–6 days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 days
- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping cost inside valley will be Rs.50 only.
- For orders outside valley, a flat delivery charge of Rs. 100 will be applied at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something’s not right, here’s how we can help:
- Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags/packaging intact).
- Not Eligible for Return:
- Worn or washed merchandise
- Items bought on clearance/sale
- Custom or limited-edition prints (unless defective)
- Exchanges:
- Size exchange is available once per order, based on stock availability.
- Customer will need to cover the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Damaged / Wrong Item Received:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if it’s damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
