Surendra Man Singh, the frontman of Karma, whose raspy vocals helped cement the legacy of Karma band, brought out “Hukka Mero”, “Yani Maya”, “Kaha Hola Ghar Bara”, and other immortal songs that defined the 90s and the 2000s. Nepali rock fusion with traditional Newari rhythms found a home with Karma, and Karma’s fame is now known for electrifying guitars mixed with folk instruments.
