Since its establishment in 1998 in Kirtipur, Karma Band has seamlessly blended Nepali and Newari traditions with a unique lok rock fusion. This innovative sound has set them apart in the music scene, even as they navigated the ups and downs of their journey. Hits like “Hukka Mero,” “Kaha Hola,” “Maunta,” “Ko Hau Timi,” “Naya Sapana,” “Supari Dana,” and “Yani Maya” have not only gained popularity but also redefined Nepali lok music for a modern audience.
